Meat and fire, the ultimate tag team, any cut, any skill, any technique. Some folks argue it’s the very reason we’ve got brains that outshine every other critter on this rock – ’cause we’re the only bunch cooking up a storm. It was a goddamn inferno, I tell you. Two days of pure, unadulterated meat madness at the Ivory Tower – a carnivore’s haven. Chefs from every nook and cranny of the planet united for the holy grail of gluttony. Raw, unfiltered chaos; flavours, textures, and characters exploding from every damn corner. A sensory paradise, a freakin’ carnival of realities. It’s mind-boggling how the world shrinks to a bite-sized piece when it comes to food. We’re all wanderers from everywhere yet nowhere at the same damn time. No rules, just documenting the wild ride. Like a whiskey-soaked photojournalist right smack in the eye of a culinary hurricane, flirting with singed eyebrows (thanks to you, fire), with one mission: spill the beans on what’s happening right in front of our eyes.
